We had a great experience with them both with our online order and in-shop pickup. We ordered a Jibe Fully online for our new NICA Junior Devo riding daughter and they went through torque specs and tips on assembling the bike from a frameset, as well as careful packaging of our frame and accessories. Super friendly, and we kinda surprised them with pick up on our way down with minimal notice. My daughter loved that she could check out a spare frameset and oggled the paint and lightness while they went over things with us. The bike is together-super handsome, light, and a great ripper, and rides great. Can't wait to get another!
