Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions for Jibe Factory Rims
Congratulations on your purchase of Jibe Factory rims. We stand behind our products and are pleased to
offer you a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Please review the following
terms and conditions:
1. Coverage: This lifetime warranty applies only to the original purchaser ("Customer") of Jibe
Factory rims ("Product"). The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the
lifetime of the Product.
2. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
o Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper installation.
o Non-riding related activities such as transportation, storage, or maintenance.
o Alterations or modifications to the Product not authorized by Jibe Cycleworks.
3. Claims Process:
o To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must ship the defective rim to Jibe Cycleworks
at their own expense.
o The Customer must provide proof of purchase and describe the incident causing the
damage, and/ or issue with the Product.
o Upon receiving the Product, Jibe Cycleworks will inspect it to determine if the issue is
covered under warranty.

4. Resolution:
o If the defect is covered under warranty, Jibe Cycleworks will, at its discretion, repair or
replace the defective rim free of charge.
o Jibe Cycleworks reserves the right to substitute an equivalent Product if the original
Product is no longer available.

5. Limitations:
o This warranty does not cover any labor costs associated with rebuilding, removing, or
reinstalling the Product.
o Jibe Cycleworks liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective rim and
does not extend to any incidental or consequential damages.

6. Conditions:
o The Customer is responsible for properly maintaining and using the Product in
accordance with Jibe Cycleworks’ guidelines.

7. Modification of Terms:
o Jibe Cycleworks reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty at any time
without prior notice.

By using Jibe Cycleworks’ Factory rims, the Customer agrees to abide by the terms of this warranty. For
